Step 1: You can contact the customer care centre in three ways i.e. online, filling up a query form and sending it by post or by calling Citibank on 24x7 help line numbers which are available between 08:30 am-05:30pm (Mon-Fri) and 08:30am-02:00pm (Saturday). You can even mail your query to the bank at its email address which is India.Collections.Grievance.Head@citi.com.
Step 2: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the efforts of customer care representatives you contacted with through above channels, you can contact the higher authorities by calling at toll free number 1800-425-2484 to check status of your query or can refer the query to Citibank customer care head through email at email id firstname.lastname@example.org. It must be noted that this desk is available only between 9:30 am – 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday and the same is closed on public holidays.
Step 3: Even if the channels of step 2 are unable to satisfy your query, you can reach to the Grievance Redressal officer of the bank, Ms Sharmila Ghosh to whom you can reach by email at India.Grievance.Redressal.Officer@citi.com.
